Mr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal

Executive Chairman and Founder

Mr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal is the Executive Chairman and Founder of the Company. He is also fellow member of Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India with vast experience in various fields for more than 35+ years. He was elected as the youngest ever President of the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. in 1993, 1994 and 2000 for his valuable contribution to the growth of business of the exchange. He was also awarded the “Vyapar Shree Award – 2000” by the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd.He was awarded with the “National Citizenship Award – 1993” by Rev. Mother Teresa for his outstanding contribution in the development of Indian Capital Markets.He was a member of the Executive Committee of NSE and currently is a member of Advisory Committee of NSE, BSE and MCX.

Mr. Yash Pal Mendiratta is the Managing Director and Founder of the Company He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with vast experience in the fields of Finance, Taxation & Legal for more than 35+ years. Mr. Mendiratta is the driving force behind the success of Globe Capital Market Limited .He is an active member of the Depository Participant Association of India and Association of NSE Member of India for advising on various issues on Capital Market and Depository activities .Mr. Mendiratta is also a member of Advisory Committee of USE and member of various Executive Committees of ANMI .

Mr. Arpit Agarwal

Director - Globe Group of Companies
Mr. Arpit Agarwal is a Director at Globe Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and CFA by qualification. He later went to Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a focus on developing family business Enterprise and Management Strategy. Mr. Agarwal is having more than decade of experience in Indian capital and commodity market. His innovative and forward looking ideas have not only earned him a great respect among the employees of the organization but also among the Business partners, customer, and stakeholders and in the industry.

Mr. Sahil Mendiratta

Director - Globe Group of Companies
Mr. Sahil Mendiratta is a Director and Board member at Globe Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and CFA by qualification. He did his schooling from DPS R.K. Puram and graduated from Sri Venkateswara College (DU). His vast experience of the Indian capital market has played a vital role in developing the Foreign and Domestic Institutional clearing and execution business at Globe Capital. Mr. Sahil also has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing products for Retail Capital Market. Mr. Sahil is a regular contributor in many policies making decisions for development of capital markets in India.

Mr. Ankit Agarwal

Mr. Ankit Agarwal is a Director at Globe Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and CFA by qualification with a decade of investing experience in Indian Capital markets. He has acumen for special situation arbitrage and use of derivatives coupled with value investing. His focus is to identify multi bagger companies with good quality management and sound fundamentals available at attractive rates; he has been instrumental in building the PMS at Globe Capital.

Mrs. Nidhi Aggarwal

Director - Globe Group of Companies
Mrs. Nidhi Aggarwal is a Director at Globe Group of Companies. She is a B.Tech. – IT and M.Sc. in Management by qualification. She believes that one of the key requirements of an organisation is the ability to build relationships with people across all functions and to make an impact on the bottom-line through these relationships, an ability which she possesses. With more than 14 years of management experience, Human Resources and Administration departments have transformed manifold under her leadership.

Mrs. Harshita Agarwal

Mrs. Harshita Agarwal is a Director at Globe Group of Companies. She is a B.Arch by qualification. Globe Capital Foundation, CSR wing of Globe Group was started in 2015. Under her guidance, the foundation has been addressing various issues like Health, Human rights, Environmental issues and Education for the upliftment and betterment of the society.

Mr. Mukesh Agarwal

Head of Custody
Mukesh Agrawal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 30 years of extensive experience in the capital and commodity markets since 1995. He possesses deep expertise in stock and commodity exchange operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, market surveillance, inspections, and the legal and operational framework governing the securities markets. Mr. Agarwal has been associated with the Globe Group for the past four years and has played a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding the Group's clearing business. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at Globe Derivatives & Securities Limited, where he is responsible for leading the Custody business, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and overall custody operations.

Ramashankar Sharma

Head of Operations
Mr. Ramashankar Sharma has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive expertise in custody and securities services, including custody operations, settlement, client servicing, and regulatory requirements. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (2008), an MBA (2011), and a Law degree (2017), providing him with a well-rounded understanding of technical, business, operational, and regulatory aspects of financial services. He has significant experience in managing operations, process improvement, and industry and regulatory initiatives, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.

Mr. Tarun Bishnoi

Compliance Officer
Mr. Tarun Bishnoi is the compliance officer of Globe Derivatives and Securities Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, exchange inspections, and risk management within the financial services sector.
